Where Independent Music Finds Its Voice

I’m 21 years old, and fresh out of audio engineering school. This was an instrumental I made while in school, that turned into something I never would’ve imagined. I now have a whole album on the way.

Erzähl uns von dir, wer bist du und woher kommst du?

I’m from a small town called Bremen, GA, but I now live in Spring Hill, TN. I’m a lover of music looking to be a producer full time.

Wie wurde deine Leidenschaft für Musik geboren? Wer sind deine Vorbilder?

Socially, I was never interested in what people around me wanted to do, and I found comfort in music. I started taking guitar lessons at a young age, and the rest is history. I would say Imagine Dragons is the band that not only got me into listening music, but making it as well. They are such a huge inspiration. Also, I find Jon Bellion’s work fascinating.

Welche Art von Musik machst du?

Mostly Electronic/EDM

Was ist der wichtigste Song für dich? Welche Botschaft willst du den Zuhörern vermitteln?

It would be an unfinished song that’s gonna be on the album. I want this whole project to convey that we’re all just humans with larger than life expectations. We destroy ourselves trying to be great, and we are constantly stressing ourselves out with thoughts alone. It’s ok to have dreams, but don’t lose yourself in the midst. The album is my perspective on that issue.

Warum sollte ein Hörer, der dich nicht kennt, deine Musik hören?

You’ll find that it not only slaps, but has a message too. It’s great for average listener, and for those who wanna sit down and break it apart. I think you’ll find something interesting the more you look.

Was sind deine zukünftigen Projekte? Wo siehst du dich in 5 Jahren?

After this project, I’m hoping it will bring in more clients, aka people looking for a producer. I wanna help artists achieve their goals and find their vision. As for 5 years from now, I hope I’ll have a reached a good number of people weather it’s with my own current/future music, or by working with people. I just do the best I can in the present, and take what comes with the future

Erzähle unseren Lesern eine lustige Episode aus deiner Karriere als Künstlerin.

My single was actually supposed to come out on Black Friday, but my friend who helps me upload my stuff accidentally uploaded it a week early. Not a big deal. Well it turns out, if that hadn’t happened, the song wouldn’t be up until January, because the distribution company we use, Amuse, is completely inactive starting thanksgiving day. So that was a lucky break.
