Wistful Electronic producer munro<\/strong> released his latest single \u2018About You\u2019<\/em><\/strong> on the 28th of October via Quality Goods Records<\/strong>. The song premiered on CLASH Magazine <\/strong>and follows the release of \u2018Better Off Not Knowing\u2019<\/em><\/strong> and \u2018Ever Day (Is Always The Same)‘<\/em><\/strong>, which were shared under the producer\u2019s new alias, where he explores new genre territory, specifically UK Garage and Indie Pop. He has earned significant support from tastemaker publications such as This Song Is Sick, Dancing Astronaut, Earmilk, EDM Identity, FUXWITHIT<\/strong>, and Acid Stag<\/strong>. On airwaves, his music has been played by ABC<\/strong>\u2019s triple j unearthed <\/strong>and has been featured on numerous Apple podcasts<\/strong> hosted by industry legends such as Alison Wonderland, Slander <\/strong>& NGHTMRE <\/strong>and Zeds Dead<\/strong>. On Spotify<\/strong>, he was added to the Viral 50 USA charts <\/strong>as well as the creamy <\/strong>editorial playlist, while on YouTube he has been featured, multiple times, on the heavyweight channel Trap Nation <\/strong>in addition to appearing on AllTrapMusic<\/strong> and All Things Trap <\/strong>among others, helping him reach over 15 million streams<\/strong> across platforms.<\/p>\n

Native to Auckland, New Zealand, Ian Munro is only just beginning his journey under the munro <\/strong>alias. In an ocean of haunting nostalgia, \u2018About you\u2019<\/em><\/strong> swims through wave after wave of warm memory, pulsating to the rhythm of the downbeat. Each brittle vocal shard floats like a mote of dust caught in a sunbeam.
