What’s the best format and way to get my files/stems to you?
The absolute best format is WAV files that have been compressed into a RAR file. The other option is a ZIP file but RAR is better as it takes less bandwidth to download. To create a RAR please get an appropriate free program for your system such as WINRAR free for Wndows or izip free for Mac and
What is the best format for stems?
Either 44.1/24 bit or 44.1/16 bit if you have used mostly audio samples or recorded in that format. Either is more then enough quality to get fantastic results but 24 bit does add some extra dynamic headroom which is a positive.
What are gig revisions/modifications?
So firstly, I want you to be 100% satisfied with your work and will always do my best to be reasonable and make that happen but here is brief outline on how I work. “Revisions” and “Modifications” are effectively the SAME THING and I count them as the same thing regardless of what the system says
Gig revision/modification- how and when should use these?
Please understand that there are absolutely NO OTHER modifications/revisions provided with this gig other then what is stated when you first order. If there are no revisions written, then you will be charged for any changes expect for technical errors on my part (a rare occurrence)
How do I make/export stems (individual parts)?

How many stems will you mix in each package?
Up to 20 in the standard and up to 40 in the premium. You can purchase additional stems as needed but please consider grouping tracks properly first. I do not need 10 channels of effects for example or 20 vocals tracks. Please group/buss tracks to sensible sizes. PLEASE label stems well!
What does additional production mean and what will you do if I choose it?
In the premium gig I offer to add basic additional production to help the song. This means adding rhythm layers and or reinforcing/changing sounds. This generally relates to simple elements in the song and adding things that will help the mix. I do not write song parts unless agreed upon
Should I send stems with audio effects on (wet) or without (dry)?
Please leave on all effects that add to the song OR you like the sound of or feel add to atmosphere. For examples delays that help to blend sections, reverbs that help a part feel right. If in doubt send with the effect on.
