Co-written by Valerie Skyler and Natasha Kasulis, the track pairs euphoric, dancefloor-ready production with lyrics that land like a gut punch, culminating in a bridge that encapsulates the whole song’s emotional core: “I keep trying to paint you back in, but it feels like I’m drawing a ghost.”
AQ (supported by KREWELLA) brings a driving progressive house energy across percussion, synth, keys, bass, guitar, and vocals. Mixing and mastering is handled by Mr. Mig, a multi-platinum producer with 60+ Billboard charting hits and credits spanning Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, Jason Derulo, and LeAnn Rimes, with vocal engineering by David Okoro, both returning from Undefined.
