Antonellaofficial known as Antonella is an Italian singer-songwriter with a deep passion for pop and K-pop music. In 2024, she released the album Perfect Match Antonella, a 32-track project that expresses intense emotions inspired by her MUSE, BTS member Jimin. Through sincere lyrics and captivating melodies, Antonella explores themes of love, personal growth, mental health, and the special bond between artists and fans. Her music is born from authenticity and a desire to share stories of vulnerability, hope, and inner strength, blending pop sounds with K-pop influences.

Parle-nous de toi, qui es-tu et d'où viens-tu ?

I’m Antonella, I’m 28 years old and I’m from Italy. I started writing lyrics in my journal, often late at night when inspiration struck. Putting my feelings into music felt incredibly liberating. I never imagined I would make an album, but the whole process turned out to be intense and fun. I come from a family of artists—my father is a painter and director, and there are two other important singers in my family who have inspired me along the way.

Comment est née ta passion pour la musique ? Qui sont tes idoles ?

My passion for music was born at a young age, watching Disney Channel. I knew I wanted to be a singer from then on, inspired by artists like Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Victoria Justice, Selena Gomez, Camila Cabello, Miranda Cosgrove, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Little Mix, BTS, Blackpink. All these international artists are my idols that I did grew up with their music and various genres, my passion brought me where I am now it feels crazy but i’m very happy and I’m about to improve more like I want to become better person and also in dancing.

Quel genre de musique fais-tu ?

I like to experiment with different genres, like k-pop, pop, thai pop, folk

Quelle est la chanson la plus importante pour toi ? Quel message veux-tu transmettre à l'auditeur ?

The main thing for me is to send positive messages. I believe many people can relate to my songs. Even if only one person listens, I would feel honored. Many people feel more comfortable with music than with others around them. I’ve often felt unappreciated when I’m out with friends, but music has always been by my side—a constant point of reference. I’ve felt excluded and lost many friends, but I don’t think I’m the only one.

Pourquoi un auditeur qui ne te connaît pas devrait-il écouter ta musique ?

I don’t know, probably because I’m honest, I say what I think without judging myself. And I also think some people can relate to my songs.

Quels sont tes projets futurs ? Où te vois-tu dans 5 ans ?

I didn’t think much about the future; I learned to live in the present. You never know what can happen—life is full of surprises and disappointments in the end. I want to stay myself, have no regrets, and surely I wish to be happy.

Raconte à nos lecteurs un épisode amusant qui s'est produit dans ta carrière d'artiste.

It was funny to hear my relatives’ reactions, they were enthusiastic and especially my mom, she practically has my song as her ringtone and I feel embarrassed even hearing it at the supermarket. I see her singing it every time that makes me happy but even embarrassment I don’t know
