How was your passion for music born? Who are your idols?

I was inspired by Davido music and his legacy. In the year 2012 when he drop his first album “Omo Baba Olowo” which is a mixture of Afrobeats and hip hop, he inspired me to start making music. I started working towards it by learning how to produce music and have a full idea of what am going into. While am learning, I also started composing my own songs and creating my own beats. My Idols are Davido, Dj Cuppy, Dj Khaid, Don Jazzy, Olamide and Wizkid. Davido, Wizkid, Olamide & Don jazzy

What kind of music do you do?

my music style is blending the infectious rhythms of Afrobeats with the catchy melodies of pop, hip-hop and the high-energy vibes of dance music.

What is the most important song for you? What message do you want to convey to the listener?

My most important song is “Mirror Mirror”, its more than just a song—it’s a reflection of self-love, confidence, and embracing the beauty of life. With uplifting energy and heartfelt lyrics, it takes listeners on a journey of self-discovery while celebrating the joy of the moment. Whether you’re dancing or reflecting, this song is a reminder to love yourself and live fully.

Why should a listener who doesn’t know you listen to your music?

A listener who doesn’t know me should listen to my music because it offers a unique blend of Afrobeats,hip-hop, pop, and dance, creating an infectious, feel-good vibe that connects emotionally. My music is crafted to celebrate life’s highs and lows, while bringing joy, energy, and a sense of unity through powerful rhythms and relatable lyrics. What are your future projects? Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

In the next five years, I envision myself expanding my musical influence globally, reaching a wider audience with my unique fusion of Afrobeats, hip-hop, pop, and dance music. I plan to release more albums that reflect my growth as an artist and dive deeper into different genres, exploring new sounds while staying true to my roots. Five years from now, I see myself not only being recognized as a prominent figure in the music industry but also using my platform to inspire and empower others, whether through music, performances, or community initiatives. My goal is to have an authentic impact on my audience while continuously evolving artistically.

Tell our readers a funny episode that happened in your career as an artist.

One funny episode in my career as an artist happened during my first performance for one of my songs. I was so excited to perform with the big gig, but things didn’t go as planned. The director and I had a hilarious miscommunication about not having me on the lists of performing artists in front of the entire crew. They were all trying to hold back their laughter, and I kept thinking, “This is it, I’m the worst ever!” But after a few calls i was allowed to performed on the show. It became a running joke around other artists in the show.
