Vertel eens iets over jezelf, wie ben je en waar kom je vandaan?

We are TAZER, an Industrial Metal band born in Norway but fueled by global influences. Formed in 2023, we combine heavy riffs and electronic beats to create a sound that’s as electrifying as it is unique. Our motto? “TAZE IS THE RULE!”

Hoe is je passie voor muziek ontstaan? Wie zijn je idolen?

Our passion for music comes from the raw energy it brings to life. Each of us grew up drawn to powerful sounds and intense performances. Bands like Rammstein, Nine Inch Nails, and Combichrist are major inspirations—they showed us how to merge aggression, emotion, and artistry into unforgettable music.

Wat voor soort muziek maak je?

We create Industrial Metal infused with EBM and Electronic elements. It’s a mix of heavy riffs, pounding beats, and electrifying energy. Our music is designed to feel like a jolt of adrenaline—dark, intense.

Wat is voor jou het belangrijkste nummer? Welke boodschap wil je overbrengen aan de luisteraar?

Our most important song is “A Razor Can Slit, A Tazer Can Kill”. It captures the essence of who we are: intense, electrifying, and unapologetic. The message is about finding the ultimate power —something deadly, elegant, precise, and unstoppable. You may have many arrows in your quiver, but if you want the best, and you want to be impressed, let me suggest: TAZER.

Because our music delivers pure adrenaline! It’s a high-voltage fusion of industrial metal, EBM, and electronic power that grabs you from the first note. If you love intense energy, bold lyrics, and unforgettable hooks, we promise you’ll find something to connect with in TAZER’s sound.

Wat zijn je toekomstige projecten? Waar zie je jezelf over 5 jaar?

Our immediate focus is on promoting our debut EP, “9001 Volts”, and hitting the stage with electrifying live performances. Over the next five years, we aim to release multiple albums, tour internationally, and solidify TAZER as a driving force in the industrial metal scene. The goal is to keep pushing boundaries and connecting with fans worldwide.

Vertel onze lezers een grappige gebeurtenis in je carrière als artiest.

During one of our first rehearsals, T-Virus accidentally set off the fog machine while adjusting his kit. The whole room filled with smoke so thick we couldn’t see each other! We ended up playing an entire song blind, and surprisingly, it sounded amazing. Now we joke that maybe we play better when we can’t see!
