Interview with N0b0dy

Tell us about yourself, who are you and where do you come from?

As mentioned previously, I am a nobody, but I would like to bring happiness to as many people as possible. Djing and producing is the only job that can do this instantly. I was born in Bucharest, Romania.

How was your passion for music born? Who are your idols?

About 14 years ago, the first DJ I started listening to was Tiesto. This was after going to a concert on a beach in Romania. This is why the song I chose for this introduction is a small edit I made for Tiesto’s Lethal Industry.   After Tiesto, it was Armin van Buuren and afterwards a myriad: Swedish House Mafia, Alesso, Nicky Romero, W&W, Nervo etc. Another idol was early Avicii, but not the later one that went into many genres. Only after his death I understood that he tried to show his craft in this way.

What kind of music do you do?

I am still a noob and I am still experimenting. I think that I found something in deep house similar to imanbek, but I would like to make more melodic trance with a deep hardstyle kick. It is the most difficult thing I have done in my life because it requires not only incredible creativity, which will never be replaced by computers, but also an insane amount of work to make sure that all good sounds are in the exact place at the precise time with the right tone, pitch, volume, etc.

What is the most important song for you? What message do you want to convey to the listener?

I have a project I have been working on for along time. I would like to transport the listener to heaven, but I still have to work on it a lot. It will be called Heavenly voices.

Why should a listener who doesn’t know you listen to your music?

Right now, they do not. I am a nobody. I am still trying to find my own sound and hopefully, when I do, they will have a reason to listen to my music. I think that one type I will make is deep house in the imanbek style, but with more layers and the other will be melodic trance hopefully.

What are your future projects? Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

I would like to DJ in front of a big crowd and see instant happiness on thousands of people faces at once.

Tell our readers a funny episode that happened in your career as an artist.

I am still a nobody, so I do not consider myself an artist, nor do I think that I have a career in this field.
