Interview with Zachary Kyle

Tell us about yourself, who are you and where do you come from?

Zachary Kyle is a progressive electronic music producer hailing out of British Columbia Canada. Influenced by everything from early punk to modern jazz, He has created a unique soundscape for himself among the backdrop of the ever changing electronic music scene

How was your passion for music born? Who are your idols?

My passion for music was born out of listening to early Metallica and punk. Being able to tell a story or put out a message musically was something i was really drawn to. Many idols, to many to name honestly.

What kind of music do you do?

I make progressive electronic music that is unlike most things you are going to hear today. its hard to say it is a specific genre because I more or less just make what sounds good to me. If I had to classify it, kind of like future bass, but with elements of EDM trap. Dark and melodic with just that right amount of bounce

What are your future projects? Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

I am currently putting together a Full length album i am looking at dropping in the fall In 5 years i see myself still making music for those that love it

Tell our readers a funny episode that happened in your career as an artist.

In my younger years, I had a chance encounter with a pastor who told me about a wonderful event held at his church. “We had a singing group the other day that performed without instruments,” he said. “A cappella?” I asked. He shrugged. “I don’t remember the name of the group.
